Avalanche at Bregenzer Wald, Austria

"I was caught in a snow slab avalanche which I triggered last Saturday in the Bregenz Forest. I immediately activated the ABS® system, it worked very well. When the avalanche came to a halt, I was only buried in the snow from the waist down and was able to free myself.

Since my girlfriend was partially buried herself and I could not have freed myself, ABS® most likely saved my life. To the entire ABS-Team - Thank you very much for this amazing product!".
